Post the class. Cover is on the way
Great instructors, and the record to prove it
Instructors get sick. Cars don't start. Kids run a fever at seven in the morning. None of that is anyone's fault and all of it lands on you at the worst possible hour.
One Sub goes to everyone nearby — all of them, at once. You're not phoning down a list hoping somebody says yes. And if nobody takes it, we look further out before the class starts, and tell you either way. Emailing forty clients at five o'clock should be the last thing that happens, not the first.
Posting a Sub shouldn't tell every studio in town when you're short-staffed. Putting your hand up shouldn't mean committing before you know who you're dealing with. So names stay hidden while a Sub is open. When an instructor puts their hand up, both sides see each other's name and full record at the same time, and either side can start a chat. The studio then chooses who to confirm — that confirmation is the commitment. Once confirmed, the practical class details are shared: the exact address, manager's mobile and access information.
Studios fill the class. Instructors fill the day. Same page, both directions.
